The Analyst is an entry-level member of the real estate investment team, reporting directly to the Senior Associate. In this role, they provide analytical and operational support for the management and execution of the firm's regulated real estate investment funds.

**The key responsibilities of the Analyst include**:

- Conducting sophisticated financial modeling and valuation analyses to support the investment decision-making process
- Performing extensive pre-due diligence research on potential real estate acquisitions, including detailed market analysis, property condition assessments, and tenant and competitive reviews
- Gathering and organizing property, market, and financial data to support the investment analysis and due diligence processes
- Assisting the Senior Associate in preparing comprehensive investment memoranda, financial models, and other materials for the Fund Manager's review
- Coordinating with third-party service providers, such as property managers and brokers, to collect and verify information
- Monitoring the performance of individual investments and the overall fund portfolio, and compiling detailed reports for the Senior Associate's review
- Participating in the drafting and editing of investor communications, including quarterly updates, annual reports, and other fund-related materials
- Ensuring the accurate and timely input of data into the firm's investment management systems
- Providing administrative and logístical support to the Senior Associate and more senior team members as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- CME4 Certification
- CAIA Certification
- Financial Modeling experience
- Both English and Arabic are required
