Sales and Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- To meet group expectations in terms of turnover and performance assignments.
- To set the right actions when results materially deviate from expectations.
- To take initiatives to catch business opportunities, to minimize risk exposure and to improve the quality of the organisation processes.
- To properly lead the sales teams to ensure a proper focus to develop the current business and to search for opportunities in new business segments for the company’s products and services so that the activity is led above the market
- To collaborate with the other functions such as Accounts, IT and other BU to support, define priorities and coordinate activities allowing to get relevant information for business management
- To ensure that rules, standards and policies are compliant with laws
- To be responsible for the budget, forecast, monthly sales comments and other relevant business document and reporting
- To manage the relationship and business development with the banks and acquiring partners
- To agree with line manager for new hirings, employment terminations, salary adjustments, bonus payments and new business projects
- To approve travel and expenses for direct reports and, within the limits of the Delegation of Authority, price changes
- To develop the relationships with external parties including Customs, Airports and Governments to influence and therefore develop our business
- To be quite active in client relationship: meeting regularly major customers and major business stakeholders
- To supervise internal and external communications
Competencies
- A minimum of 15 years of experience, sales background, as Sales & Operations Manager.
Skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- A positive attitude which is great for team building and third parties management
- Curiosity leads to improved processes and procedures.
- Excellent planning skills in strategic and long-term production plans.
- Hands-on and achiever.

Qualifications and education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
