**JOB-SPECIFIC**
- Develop and implement Sales strategies to drive business growth for Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya Theme Park and Water Park.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with VVIPs, high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and government
representatives.
- Ensure a high level of personalized service and engagement to meet client expectations and increase loyalty.
- Act as the primary contact for all communication, inquiries, and service requests from these clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of VVIP and high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage the sales activities and processes that lead to the generation of new business opportunities and the deepening of existent relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors.
- Conduct regular outreach to potential clients and schedule presentations, meetings, and networking events to secure new accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for all segments.
- Conduct market research to understand the industry trends and competitive landscape in local market.
- Prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and contracts to meet specific client needs and expectations.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contract terms and ensure compliance with policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the client experience, focusing on personalized, high-touch service.
- Organize exclusive events, VIP experiences, and other engagement opportunities tailored to the interests of VVIP and high-net
- worth clients.
- Collect client feedback regularly to inform service improvements and client retention strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Stay updated on sales best practices, industry standards, and market developments to incorporate into team development.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure a seamless implementation and execution of sales initiatives.
- Utilize the CRM and available sales tools to maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue trends, and client feedback for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify strengths, opportunities, and areas needing improvement, making data-driven adjustments.
- Represent Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City in tradeshows, roadshows and industry events to create awareness and drive visitors to our Parks.
- Conduct familiarization trips or site inspections to the parks for potential clients.
- Adhere to Sales and internal processes at Six Flags & Aquarabia Qiddiya City.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**:
3-6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, with a proven track record
of developing and executing successful sales revenues.
**Skills**:
Proven ability to implement and manage effective sales strategies.
Strong skills in developing and maintaining client partnerships.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s domestic market, including corporate, government, and MICE sectors.
Ability to assess sales data and use insights to drive decisions.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with group events and MICE logistics is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English.
