**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage and organize office documentation, including contracts.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and employee records (preferred).
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Support management in scheduling and other administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of managing contracts and office documentation.
- Background in HR is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong communication in Arabic is preferred
