**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for the Chairman.
- Ensure travel plans are efficiently managed and updated as necessary.
- **Meeting Management**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics and preparation of meeting rooms.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them promptly.
- **Correspondence Handling**:
- Draft responses and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of the Chairman.
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Utilize native Arabic language skills for effective communication and translation.
- Maintain fluency in English to support international communications and correspondence.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman as needed, including calendar management, document preparation, and filing.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 10 years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and demonstrate initiative.
- Availability for occasional travel and flexibility in working hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
