In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that support the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise will help to ensure that our infrastructure is not only efficient and reliable but also adaptable to the evolving needs of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop integrated infrastructure solutions that align with the organization’s goals and requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of corporate infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements and establish a clear roadmap for execution.
- Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and modernization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in all infrastructure designs.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement processes for infrastructure components.
- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation guidelines.
- Provide training and support to IT staff on new infrastructure solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure design strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in IT infrastructure design or related roles.
- Solid understanding of networking, server architecture, storage solutions, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in successfully managing infrastructure projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative design approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Certifications related to infrastructure design (e.g., Cisco, VMware, AWS) will be a plus.
