**Key responsibilities**:

- Build a strong, profitable, and value-based sales approach, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- High amount of New Customer Acquisition - Leading to fostering the commercial priorities of DP World Logistics.
- Pursue the Vision of DP World to be an Integrator of Container logistics and work around digital products.
- Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities. Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers.
- Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base (contact, commodities, trade lanes, type of business, contract information including exceptions and service requirements).
- Establish internal network in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools (Dynamics 365) are updated on time and with high-quality data
- To maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities (Land and other services)
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders
- Efficient communication
- Ensure maximum utilization of company assets
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Promote and demonstrate positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principals.
- Accountable for leading, mentoring and team engagement.
- Providing direction, promoting collaboration and ensuring the team are enabled to achieve goals and objectives of the business
- Measure and monitor performance against critical criteria, policy and guidelines established by DP World
- Ensure compliance to DP World, Environment, Health, Safety, Security & IT policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Ensure adherence to DP World standards and policies.
- Ensure data security is maintained to protect the privacy and interest of clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage team of professionals and disseminating knowledge through continuous learning and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

**Job requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration or relevant and certification in statistics or economics.
- **Experience**: Minimum 7 years in logistics including international supply chain management and forwarding services.
- **Competencies and skills**:

- Proficiency with handling medium size projects and implementations and supply chain solutions
- Experience in IT and EDI understanding and capabilities
- Operational background including supply chain operations, ocean, air, and local origin services (trucking, customs, and milestone visibility).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and confidence to operate in a customer-centric manner and advanced in English and Arabic are preferable
