**Job Vacancy: HR Generalist**

**Job Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 7:00 pm)**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Should have experience of sales in clothing brands Online in E Commerce
- Should have experience of dealing with customers Online In E Commerce
- Build relationship with clients Online In E Commerce
- Must have good communication skills.
- Expertise in organizational development, payroll and leave management.
- Able to do job analysis, making job descriptions etc
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for local and international offices.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
