**DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Staying informed and current with bookkeeping, tax filing, crypto, payroll, HR standards and other related government regulations
- Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables and maintaining records of vendor relations and statuses
- Processing journal entries to the general ledger
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts weekly and monthly
- Closing of monthly company’s books
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends as requested, in a timely and accurate.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by maintaining compliance documentation and maintaining historical records by filing documents electronically
- Working with the Controller in forecasting income and expenses
- Checking purchase invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Facilitating with making payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Preparing periods reports such as Balance sheets, Profit & loss and cash flow statements etc
- Maintaining timesheets for work performed on multiple clients
- be delegated by the senior Management.
- Conducting internal and external audit of companies including implementation of internal audit systems; conducting audit programs in compliance with the standards
- Guiding in financial accounting, month-end provisions & payables management, preparing ledger books, financial statements reconciliation, conducting GL analysis, annual closing of accounts and VAT, GST & TDS return filling.
- Maintaining Statutory Books of Accounts and Reconciliation of Financial Statements in compliance with norms
- Liaising with Internal / Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth execution of the audit function

**Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- Graduate degree or Post Graduate in commerce / accounting / finance with knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Systems is necessary.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary;

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
