**Role Summary**:
Responsible for promoting and communicating Jamjoom Pharma Academy training programs to potential customers to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between Jamjoom Pharma Academy and its prospects or clients. Sales Rep Identify training programs selling possibilities and evaluate customer training needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to meet agreed sales target.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
- Maintain the updating of customer’s information list.
- Prepare monthly coverage and weekly visit plan to ensure maximum efficient customers calls per day.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Establishes and maintain good relationship with clients
- Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients to find and identify their training needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably in sales/marketing.
- Advanced level of English and Arabic language.
- 2 years of experience in training filed.
- Experience in organizing events such as seminars, workshops, or conferences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Multi-task.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Efficient and organized with good attention to detail.
- Must be adept at using: Social Media Platforms - (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
- Detail-oriented.
- An outgoing individual.
- Excellent Selling skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
