In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing and managing the design and execution of workplace-based projects to help expand our current office space, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability that define Qiddiya.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of commercial office projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency and drive project success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, providing updates on project progress and investment returns.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and ensure continual improvement.
- Support the strategic direction of Qiddiya by ensuring that all workplace projects align with corporate goals and values.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience with a focus on commercial office and workplace environments.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational competencies with a focus on time and resource management.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial management of projects, including budget preparation and forecasting.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
