Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Development. As a Senior Manager - Development, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the development of our real estate projects, contributing to the delivery of innovative and world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end development process of real estate projects, from concept to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, legal, and finance to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to assess the viability of potential projects
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and local authorities
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, and report on project status to senior management
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and tools
