Our client is a leading consultant with a reputation for delivering numerous high profile projects across the GCC. As a result of a recent project appointment they are actively looking for Program Director to spearhead a sustainable development program in Saudi Arabia
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of a multi-billion-dollar development program. Your primary duties will include:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve the program's objectives, aligning with the broader national development goals.
- **Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of the development program, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with government officials, private sector partners, and community representatives to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment of interests.
- **Team Management**: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution and individual growth.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track progress, identify challenges, and implement necessary adjustments for successful outcomes.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, reporting guidelines, and internal policies.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of around 25 progressive experience in large-scale development projects, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.
- Degree in engineering or similar would be preferred.
- Must have worked on large scale development programs.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong management team management skills with experience working in multinational teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
