**Role overview**

We are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Accounts Team. You'll be responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with all colleagues from various departments, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Randomly test the inventory of outlets by reconciling the opening stock with the closing stock, taking account of store issues and sales
- Prepare, monitor and control recipe costing sheet
- Work closely with the Food team and Purchasing Officer to minimize food cost
- Verify all processes relevant to the receiving and issuing procedures in respect of all main store stock items.
- Account for all spoilages and make sure they are properly accounted and recorded
- Variance analysis of theoretical Cost and actual cost
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
- Create the necessary reports, which is relating to Cost Control function

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
- Experience with accounting software
- Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
