Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Stakeholder Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration that supports our projects and initiatives within the entertainment and leisure sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to build and sustain relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including government entities, community organizations, and industry partners.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to promote Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and gather intelligence that informs Qiddiya’s engagement strategies and communication efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations highlighting stakeholder engagement activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align stakeholder engagement efforts with organizational goals and project requirements.
- Conduct assessments of existing engagement practices and develop recommendations for enhancements.
- Assist in communication planning and the development of materials that effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, public relations, or community relations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Proven experience in organizing events and managing stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and reporting on stakeholder engagement metrics.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
