About the Role:
Riyadh Air is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded professional to lead the growth of our global partner ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll shape and execute innovative partnerships that enhance our loyalty proposition, boost member engagement, and deliver real business results.
You’ll blend commercial acumen, creative thinking, and data driven decision making to bring partnerships to life and turn loyalty into lasting impact.
From travel and lifestyle to finance and tech, you’ll identify and activate impactful collaborations that strengthen our brand, drive revenue, and unlock exclusive experiences for our members.

About You:
Degree qualified, with significant experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, with a well-established network.
You will demonstrate at least 10 years of professional experience in loyalty partnerships, commercial strategy, business development, and brand alliances, with at least 3 years in a management role within the function.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have a proven track record in securing and managing high-value partnerships, launching co-branded loyalty products, and leveraging a strong network to enhance business partnerships.
