Qiddiya Investment Company, at the forefront of developing premier entertainment and leisure destinations, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Communications to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive communications strategies that promote our projects and enhance our brand reputation. Your expertise in shaping narratives and managing media relations will be crucial in building a strong presence for Qiddiya in the marketplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Over 8 years of experience in cultivating and managing robust relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and content creators to drive effective communication strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating and implementing strategic PR initiatives in partnership with external agencies, ensuring alignment with DMO objectives and maximizing impact.
- Proven ability to coordinate comprehensive media outreach efforts, secure high-profile coverage, and nurture media relationships to significantly enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- A strong track record in leading the full lifecycle of PR campaigns, including events, product launches, and press conferences, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
- Skilled in managing original content creation and responding to user-generated content, as well as overseeing messaging for stakeholders and endorsers to maintain consistent brand voice.
- Proficient in navigating the PR landscape during crisis situations, employing strategic communication tactics to mitigate risks and protect brand integrity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
- Experience in Destination Marketing required. Background in leisure/entertainment is an advantage
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong media relations skills and experience working with various media platforms
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
