Major Responsibilities & Duties performed: - To receive the job Requests from the Operation Dept. along with the keys of the breakdown trucks. - To keep records of the breakdown time, spares, tools, & manpower deployed for the particular breakdown. - To enter the data with relates to fuel consumption, spare parts consumption etc. - To consult Foreman/ Asst. Manager for equipment problem & diagnosis. - To monitor employee timesheet. - To maintain the stationary required for Workshop office & the Workshop. - To fill in Daily Equipment data. - To make monthly costing reports in consultation with Workshop Manager of Asst. Workshop Manager. - Authorized to do SAP related activities on computer pertaining to Workshop Operations. - Authorized to make reservations to issue materials from stores. - To do other jobs as requested Other Responsibilities: - To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies. - To follow safety instructions related to their jobs. - To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff. - To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions. - To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities. - To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible. - To attend safety trainings planned for them. - Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work
