Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Traffic Management Center Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Traffic Management Center, ensuring efficient functionality and response coordination.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Traffic Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time traffic conditions, identifying incidents, congestion, and any irregular traffic patterns.
- Incident Response Coordination: Collaborate with emergency services and law enforcement to coordinate responses to traffic incidents and ensure rapid clearance.
- Data Logging and Reporting: Record and document incident details, response actions, and outcomes, maintaining detailed records for reporting and analysis.
- System Operations: Operate traffic management systems, including CCTV, dynamic message signs, and communication systems, to manage roadway conditions.
- Communication: Provide real-time updates and communicate effectively with public agencies, stakeholders, and the traveling public.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in TMC operations or similar traffic monitoring roles.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Strong understanding of traffic operations and ITS tools, including traffic control software and incident management protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on quick decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in radio, phone, and digital communication systems.
