**About the Role**:
As Director of Production, EIS & Asset Management at Riyadh Air, you’ll be at the helm of our fleet expansion efforts, ensuring each new aircraft is seamlessly introduced and perfectly maintained. In this role, you’ll oversee the production and integration of new planes, manage our leased and owned assets, and work closely with teams across the company to keep everything running smoothly and up to our high standards.
You’ll also support procurement with contract negotiations around aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and heavy maintenance, all while keeping an eye on budgets and timelines. Building strong relationships with lessors and aircraft owners will be key, as you ensure lease terms and conditions are met without a hitch. This is a great opportunity to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Riyadh Air’s fleet management.
**About You**:
To hit the ground running in this role, you’ll need over seven years in a managerial position with expertise in aircraft production, Entry into Service (EIS), and heavy maintenance. You know aviation regulations inside out and have a track record of handling complex projects, whether it’s managing leased or owned assets, ensuring peak performance, or keeping everything compliant with operational and regulatory standards.
You’re skilled at coordinating across departments, working with lessors and external partners, and making sure aircraft delivery and redelivery go smoothly. With strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities, you’ll be well-suited to thrive in this role. A degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field rounds out your toolkit for success in this fast-paced position.
