The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the B2B catering sector. Knowledge: - Deep understanding of the B2B catering market, including key players, industry trends, and client needs. - Knowledge of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue management. - Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of the catering business.
