Senior Manager - Electrical (DEL 190)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Electrical to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of one of the most exciting entertainment and leisure destinations in the world. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading, managing and implementing the delivery of the dry infrastructure design (HV, MV & LV power distribution systems, Power stations, MRMU, Transformers, Generators, along with Utility Demand Loads, Low Current/ELV Systems: Fire Alarm, Security System, Communication System, ICT, SCADA Stations including cabling systems. Associated electrical works related to the mechanical facilities of the project conforming to the QIC guidelines, local (SEC) & International standards, specifications and requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for leading, managing and implementing the delivery of the dry infrastructure design (HV, MV & LV power distribution systems, Power stations, MRMU, Transformers, Generators, along with Utility Demand Loads, Low Current/ELV Systems: Fire Alarm, Security System, Communication System, ICT, SCADA Stations including cabling systems. Associated electrical works related to the mechanical facilities of the project conforming to the QIC guidelines, local (SEC) & International standards, specifications and requirements.
- Manages the scope development and tendering process for the procurement and selection of design consultants as well as third-party reviewers.
- Manage the consultant design scope of work contract and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Manage day-to-day on site operations and advise on technical, logístical and administrative issues in order to ensure seamless assets delivery.
- Oversee and monitor the contractors and sub-contractors' activities to ensure successful completion of delivery as per contracts' requirements.
- Maintains overall knowledge of design drawings, specifications, general contracts, budgets and time schedules.
- Manage the responses to design RFIs and review/comment on change orders.
- Lead periodic meetings with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of the large festival grounds project.
- Review weekly and monthly progress reports generated by the contractors and consultants and present to project executives.
- Manage quality assurance programs in coordination with QDC PMO in order to ensure deliver in accordance with agreed quality standards.
- Manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs in coordination with QDC PMO to ensure workers safety and compliance with HSE construction requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in electrcial engineering with minimum 15 - 20 years of infrastructure projects and building systems experience.
- Strong knowledge in managing the design, review, development, and site construction of dry infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Strong knowledge with local and international codes and standards.
