**Designing and Executing Business Development Plans**
- Develop strategic plans to boost the company’s growth by creating new business models and exploring new sectors and markets.
- Lead initiatives to expand services and products that meet market and client demands.
**Performance Analysis and Strategic Reporting**
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports for senior management on business development performance, offering insights to guide decision-making.
- Assess strategic risks and opportunities and provide plans to adapt to changing market conditions.
**Developing Project Growth Strategies**
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative strategies for sustainable growth in current projects and securing high-level contracts.
- Enhance service delivery models to maximize value for clients.
**Driving Digital Transformation in Business**
- Develop strategies to leverage digital technologies to enhance business development processes and improve efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to increase competitiveness.
**Managing Relationships with Partners and Stakeholders**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders to support the company’s strategic goals.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen the company’s reputation as a trusted consulting partner.
**Coordinating with Internal and External Teams**
- Lead collaboration among internal teams to ensure the successful execution of major projects.
- Work with international partners to share expertise and execute cross-border projects.
**Developing Local and International Expansion Plans**
- Create plans for entering new markets both locally and internationally.
- Study local and global markets and present comprehensive reports on expansion opportunities and potential risks.
**Sustainable Development of the Company**
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance environmental and social sustainability in the company’s projects and operations.
