Trade Marketing Manager

The Role
Key Accountabilities - Develop and implement trade, brand and client 4P strategies and manage the brand assortment, product portfolio, brand positioning and prices and participate in the RFP process for relevant pricing and product mix. - Strategic initiatives to drive growth & market share objectives. - Conduct Below the Line Marketing (BTL) & Volume Analysis - Lead the conceptualization & creation of annual operating plan for the brand collaborating with key stakeholders across functions. - Conduct regular market analysis to provide meaningful data to enhance business performance and provide pre and post promotional trade spending ROI analysis. - Recruit and manage a team of brand and category managers and executives and work closely with the sales, business development and account management teams - Make sure objective is all aligned, time is all on track, project related party are all included and informed, and projects are proceeding smoothly. - Act as professional product educator for channel when needed providing product related selling points and product training. - Act as channel expert to be able to provide suggestion for channel window, cabin, and other visibility planning. - Stay close communicate with Trade Sales for all channel feedback and possible needs. - Plan and execute for Wyeth business center yearly planning.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years operational experience in customer-facing roles including trade account management experience, experience in the Pharma industry is a plus - Sound knowledge of Nutrition, including products, competitors and local legislation - Sound knowledge of financial management & budgets - Knowledge of commercial dynamics and management of customers - Strong customer service orientation and team spirit. - Effective communication skills in both oral and written form. - Demonstrates ability to delegate responsibility as appropriate
