Your Responsibilities:

- **Vendor Onboarding**: Identify and evaluate high potential vendors to onboard on our marketplace platform based on market trends and business needs.
- Identifying, acquiring, and onboard sellers, brands, and retail stores with high potential in the KSA region.
- Facilitating negotiations on commercial and payment terms, while finalizing deals with brands and sellers.
- **Onboarding Management**: Lead the onboarding process from initial contact through to successful integration, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed.
- **Training and Support**: Provide comprehensive training sessions for new vendors on platform usage, policies, and best practices to enhance their success.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) including stock levels, in close coordination with Marketplace teams.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Improving account engagement on the platform through regular meetings, assessing progress, and fostering stronger business relationships.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide feedback to help improve their sales strategies and operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from vendors to improve the onboarding process and contribute to the development of training materials.

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree preferably in Management, Business or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, or eCommerce operations or retail.
- Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in an e-commerce or a tech company, with a focus on Fashion & Beauty categories.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential vendors, assess their product offerings, and evaluate their suitability for partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with potential vendors to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
- Fluency in English & Arabic communication, both written and verbal.
