Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Reporting Manager**to join our team. In this role, you will be required to set up, design and implement a reporting tool and dashboard for an upcoming mega project and you will join a leading a team of passionate professionals in project management.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Support the development and implementation of standardized reporting procedures.
- Work with all stakeholders (client, project manager(s), PMIS team, etc.) to define reporting requirements.
- Implement the reporting tool and develop reports/dashboards to capture various data on the project, including custom reports as may be required.
- Responsible for reporting all project data, consolidating input from all teams/functions (including subcontractors).
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Present reports/dashboards to various stakeholders.
- Facilitate efficient reporting environment that allows delivering reports on time, meeting quality standards.
- Continuously improve the reporting process by identifying opportunities for automation and/or streamlining the process.
- Report challenges and issues to the Senior Management and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Degree in a relevant technical field and at least 10-15 years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
- Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
- Sound understanding of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
- Microsoft Power BI (or similar) at an Expert level.
- Microsoft Excel Expert User.
- Strong business acumen.
- Artistic acumen in dashboard presentations.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to interface with all levels with project team, client, and others.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence management.
- Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors. Ability to prioritize tasks.
