Customer Engineer, Commercial, Infrastructure

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience- Experience delivering technical presentations and making live demonstrations of infrastructure products
- Experience serving in the capacity of a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer for a Cloud computing company in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales engineering, or enterprise architecture team)

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems
- Experience with Virtualization technology (e.g., hypervisors, elastic compute, containerized infrastructure) and with Networking technology (e.g., VPN, VPC, Load balancing, Firewalls)
- Experience in understanding a complex customer’s existing software workloads
- Ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the Cloud
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic fluently

You will help prospective and existing customers and partners understand the power of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges, and problem-solve any potential technical roadblocks. **Responsibilities**:

- Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions.
- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Manage the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.
- Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
