HR Payable Executive

**Job Purpose**
Payroll Executive is responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records. They require knowledge of payroll regulations and software, excellent organizational and leadership skills.
**Key Result Areas**
- Typing salary adjustments, promotion Letters & making sure it is updated on the system.
- Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions.
- Deduction Calculations affecting payroll to be reconciled with the Finance team.
- Verifying attendance and overtime sheets.
- Accounting for over utilized leaves, Overtime, etc.
- Preparing all payroll related reports (including WPS) and providing for provisions for leave and gratuity monthly. - Reconciling final payroll with Finance ensuring there are no errors and processing payroll after approval.
- Processing final settlement of leavers.
**Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)**
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Basic Knowledge for administration workflow
- Smart, Punctual, Patient, And Confidential.
- Knowledge of payroll software.
- Able to monitor all kind of document and file as per standard.
- Ability to work under pressure & capable raise high qualification and skills against work monotony.
- Good knowledge of administration F&B Operation needs.
- Time Management and work with deadline strategies.
- Knowledge and skills in UAE Labour Law & General Law.
- Well organized, attention to detail.
- Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Filing workflow in HR-Department.
**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
