The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Country Human Resources Manager to join our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director and part of the wider Fugro Management Team, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a drive to bring people and projects together.- Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective HR services to the local client groups. Champion the development of a high-performance culture by collaborating closely with local leaders, getting involved in workplace initiatives, identifying innovative ideas and building credibility with employees and managers as a trusted advisor and business partner- Implement and roll out Global HR initiatives, programs, and processes- Provide advice to the local leadership team and managers in areas of leadership development, talent management, succession planning, training and development and designing and implementing organisational effectiveness programs- Provide expertise in execution, planning, and facilitation of employee / industrial relations activities- Support the implementation of strategic global HR Transformation projects- Provide advice to the business on all Industrial relations matters and guide business leaders in EBA negotiations- Leading, mentoring and coaching HR, payroll and administrative team members in delivering excellence

About You

You will enjoy working in a HR Management role working as part of the Leadership team bringing your expertise into a business. Initially this role will see you working in an operational and hands on capacity where you will help implement and drive change, policy, and procedures. Long term you will take on a more strategic focus managing People and Culture.- Hands on background in HR and a willingness to contribute operationally- Previous experience leading a HR team- Confident, emotionally intelligent, and able to offer credible, timely advice- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
