The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations while contributing to the smooth execution of project-related tasks. This role is designed to strengthen internal workflows, support effective communication across departments, and assist in coordinating key business activities. The position offers a well-rounded introduction to office administration with exposure to the principles of project management.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

  • ** Administrative Support**: Handle office tasks such as managing calendars, organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • ** Internal Coordination**: Serve as a central point of contact between departments, ensuring information is communicated clearly and timely.
  • ** Meeting Management**: Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on assigned tasks.
  • ** Documentation**: Maintain well-organized records and ensure all administrative and project files are updated and easily accessible.
  • ** Task Monitoring**: Track ongoing tasks and support in ensuring deadlines are met and work is progressing according to plan.
  • ** Basic Project Assistance**: Contribute to project tracking efforts by updating status reports and assisting with timeline coordination under supervision.
  • ** Communication**: Support written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • ** Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • ** Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
  • ** Communication**: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

**Eligibility Criteria for Tamheer Program**
