**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of company-specific products or services.
- Multilingual proficiency (if applicable).

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
