**Job Summary**:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Rooms, the Director of SPA is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the Health

Club & Recreation section. The position is primarily responsible for achieving maximum guest satisfaction by supervising the provision of SPA, Health Club and Kids Clup.

As Director of SPA, we rely on you to,

**1. DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS**:
Oversees all aspects of operations for the Health Clup & Recreation Department.
Evaluates service menu and creates new treatments depending on guest preference.
Sourcing of new products and services due to guest demands and needs.

**2. MARKETING**:
Create special packages for tour groups and coordinate with Marketing for promotion.
Do promotional activities for the various Spa & Recreation treatments and facilities in coordination with Marketing.

**3. FINANCIAL**:
Prepares a comprehensive budget and inventories for maintenance, operation, improvement and replacement of equipment.
Monitors actual expense and revenue returns, ensuring that these are aligned with established guidelines.
Prepares an annual marketing plan for the Spa & Recreation Department, for review and approval of the Director of Marketing/DOR//GM.
Reviews and analyzes the profit and loss statement of the department to ensure achievement of targets specified in the approved annual budget.
Analyzes and creates forecast monthly report against budget to be submitted to the Financial Comptroller.

**4. INVENTORY**:
Oversees the physical inventory of goods according to established procedures in a monthly basis.
Prepares and ensures the accuracy of all inventory records submitted to Cost Control.
Establishes the par stock levels of supplies required for operations and ensures that these standards are maintained on a regular basis.

**5. Guest Complaints**:
Personally attends to guest complaints immediately when necessary and initiates immediate resolution.
Performs other duties as may be required by management from time to time.
Oversees and ensures proper maintenance of equipment in the area of assignment.
