As a Sales Manager for IDS, Integrated Diagnostics solutions business unit, you will be responsible to achieve growth and hit sales targets for the strategic account (MOH & NUPCO). Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Own recruiting, and developing the sales team for the future once business expands. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

**Other Key Responsibilities : -**
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Dedication towards ensuring the inclusion of the BD products in the tender requirements.
- Visits top 5 MOH Hospitals to ensure proper communication and sales consumption.
- Ensures proper delivery to the different directorates in the MOH to minimize any rejections.
- Visits to MOH medical directorate to build and sustain the relationship.
- Develop the NUPCO relationship to develop the business further for future growth.
- Coordinates with the BDX key account team to ensure alignment and proper execution.

- Bachelor Degree
- 3-5 years’ sales experience dealing in MOH Business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Lab/ IVD / Medical background
- MNC Experience preferred
- Open to travel (50-60% of the time)
