**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the selection and evaluation of vendors to identify strategic partnerships.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and conduct regular assessments of service delivery.
- Analyze vendor contracts to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare reports on vendor performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support various vendor management initiatives aimed at optimizing costs and enhancing services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance and engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of vendor management principles and best practices is a plus.
