**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
To lead and oversee the sales team at the NBCC Center, ensuring the effective promotion and sale of oncology-related products and services. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for meeting sales targets, mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet their individual targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase sales and market share in the oncology sector.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and the introduction of new products/services.
- Prepare and review sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Handle complex customer complaints or issues that escalate beyond the sales representative level.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the oncology or pharmaceutical sector.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND TRAINING**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
