Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor – Projects Department is responsible for managing and developing project sales activities related to PVC, CPVC, and PPR piping systems and fittings. The role involves supervising the sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence in the projects market by building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the projects sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for PVC, CPVC, and PPR products.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, logistics, and production) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies related to piping systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in PVC, CPVC, or PPR piping systems or related building materials.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi projects market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary.
- Attractive monthly commission starting from SAR 6,000, based on performance and achieved targets.
