Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and organizing short and long-term calendars
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Maintains schedule for senior management, ensuring that all relevant matters are reported to senior management as well as matters that require immediate attention
- Opens and screens mail addressed to the Senior management, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the Senior management Office and other department heads and managers.

**Key Experiences**:
Diploma in Executive Secretary or Bachelor's degree in the law field.
8 - 10 years of experience in the related field.
