**Your Role as a Sales Representative**
- Identify and target potential clients in Riyadh.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Present and promote customized logo door mats to businesses and individuals.
- Close deals and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with our design team for product mockups and approvals.
- Submit sales reports and updates to the administration team.

**Compensation & Earnings PotentialCommission Structure**
- **15%** commission on monthly sales of **$0 - $5,000**
- **17.5%** commission on monthly sales of **$5,000 - $10,000**
- **20%** commission on monthly sales of **$10,000 - $15,000**
- **22.5%** commission on monthly sales of **$15,000 - $20,000**
- **25%** commission on monthly sales of **$20,000+**

**Retainer Payments**
- **$800** for reaching **$5,000** in Monthly Sales
- **$1,000** for reaching **$10,000** in Monthly Sales
- **$1,200** for reaching **$15,000** in Monthly Sales
- **$1,500** for reaching **$20,000** in Monthly Sales

**Performance BonusEarn an extra $1,000** for every additional **$5,000** in sales beyond **$20,000 Example Earnings Calculation ($8,000 in Sales)**
- **Commission**: $8,000 × 17.5% = **$1,400**
- **Retainer**: $800 for surpassing $5,000 in sales
- **Bonus**: $0 (since sales did not exceed $20,000)

**Total Monthly Earnings: $2,200**

**Higher Sales = Higher Commissions + Bonuses + Retainers**
