As a HR Professional at SGS, you will be a key driver of our commitment to creating an inclusive and productive work environment. This role requires a deep understanding of labor regulations, employee engagement, performance management, considerable talent acquisition experience and various HR functions. The role also plays a crucial role in payroll support, managing government portals, including iqama, GOSI, and final exits, and contributing to the overall HR strategy.
**Job Description**:
- Stay well-informed about labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia to ensure the company's full compliance.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Lead the performance management process, including performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and coaching.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Includes: but not limited to TA, policy& procedure, onboarding
- Saudization implementation; includes: but not limited to, Nitaqat improvement, retention initiatives, frequent meetings and attending workshops
- Managing the day-to-day HR activities within the team to ensure standards are followed in a timely manner
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in different functions, with a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in employee engagement and performance management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices
- Recruitment process knowledge, Interviewing Techniques, Talent Mapping & Market research skills required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Energetic and enthusiastic about creating a positive workplace culture
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- This role is only open to Saudi nationals
