**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document Management**:
- Manage and maintain all project and office documentation.
- Ensure documents are properly formatted, filed, and easy to retrieve.
- Monitor and control the distribution of documents and revisions.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and manage office supplies.
- Draft, format, and edit documents such as reports, letters, and presentations.
- **Compliance and Records**:
- Ensure documents are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of document archives.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits or regulatory inspections.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Document Controller, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or specific certifications.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in engineering field.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other documentation systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
