We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated **Rental Sales Representative** with proven sales track records in KSA market for earth moving machinery & heavy Equipment.

**Job Scope**:
**Job Duties**:

- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation for upcoming rental projects to achieve required annual/monthly targets.
- Proactively engage with potential customers by responding to rental inquiries and following up on leads to transform them into valuable sales opportunities.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess clients equipment needs, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique benefits and advantages of rental equipment.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous communication, addressing any concerns with rented equipment, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the rental process.
- Oversee the seamless delivery, setup, and maintenance of rental equipment by working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Act as a liaison with the service and maintenance departments to guarantee that all equipment remains in optimal condition and is ready for rental.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.

**Experience**:

- 5 years rental sales experience in earth moving machinery & heavy Equipment or related fields.

**Other Requirements**:

- Existing client databases/relationships in the field are a plus.
- Experience coordinating rental agreements and timesheet control.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
