- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations Manager and Recruitment Team Lead to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for various roles across the VPR vertical.

**Onboarding Support**:
- Work with the HR Operations team to support new hires’ seamless integration, including document collection, training coordination, and orientation sessions.
**Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing**:
- Contribute to employer branding by representing the company at career events and promoting the organization as an employer of choice on online platforms.
- Support creating and refining job descriptions, recruitment materials, and interview guides to align with company standards and attract suitable talent.
**Data & System Utilization**:
- Utilize ATS and HRMS systems to streamline recruitment operations, reporting, and data management.
- Contribute to recruitment metrics tracking (e.g., time-to-hire, applicant sources) and assist with regular reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a preference for experience in hospitality, events, service, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to specialized positions, within the market, with a strong understanding of local labor laws.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with high attention to detail and organization.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English and strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred to support diverse recruitment needs.
