**Quality Engineer**: - Location: SA, Jeddah- Flexible Work Arrangement: Onsite- Job Category: Quality & EHS- Career Level: Professional- Requisition Id: 3206**Position Summary**: Formulating and approving policies and procedures which will ensure proper management and efficient operation **Main Responsibilities**: - The facilitation of hazard identification, risk analysis, and management. - Monitoring of the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks identified by the organization and to evaluate their results/effectiveness. - Providing periodic reports on safety performance. - The maintenance of safety management documentation. - The safety management training to be available, planned and meets acceptable standards. - Providing advice on safety matters. - The initiation and the follow-up of internal occurrence/accident investigation. - Actively promotes corporate culture for safety. - Publishing the annual safety program. - Reporting to the ACE on matters related to flight safety. - Safety communication and promotion. - Supervision of the flight data monitoring program. - Cooperation with the nominated person to identify potential hazards to flight safety. - The overall reporting system and the evaluation of the reports to identify trends and weaknesses. **Minimum Requirements**: Certificate in Quality Auditing Techniques and or training in Quality Management. 4 to 5 years plus experience in all things "quality" for Aviation **Physical Demands**: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
