The **General Manager** will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring project delivery excellence.

**Key Accountabilities***:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and business objectives to enhance growth and profitability in the electrical contracting sector.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, from planning and execution to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners; address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; lead bidding processes and negotiations to secure contracts and projects.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience***:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years in the electrical contracting industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- A profound understanding of **SEC** (Saudi Electricity Company) and the intricacies of the Saudi Arabian Substations sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reports.
