Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a General Manager (Tissue Paper Products) for one of our partners in the Tissue Paper Products industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present detailed business performance reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- In-depth knowledge of paper recycling processes, machinery, and quality control
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the paper and tissues manufacturing at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Background working with paper and tissues sales distribution companies is a must.
- Extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and strong network within the paper and distribution sectors is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the paper and tissues manufacturing at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Background working with paper and tissues sales distribution companies is a must.
- Extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and strong network within the paper and distribution sectors is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, leadership, and analytical skills
