We are currently seeking a Saudi Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems and networks operate smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, configuring hardware and software, and assisting with system upgrades and maintenance. You will be working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely and effective solutions, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Document and track customer issues, resolutions, and recommendations
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
