What You Will Do:

- Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees
- Develop work habits that supports an environment of ensuring continual improvement
- Daily inspection for the WH and to report any issues.
- Making DN for dispatched items
- Checking trucks condition for loading & Material loading in a safety manner.
- Checking all incoming documents and collaborate with customs officer and clearing agent.
- Posting GRN for incoming items
- Printing labels and submitting samples for QC dept.
- Preparing stock report and ensure all entries are up to date in SAP, based on cycle / full count per policy.
- Preparing daily pallets report.
- Preparing Total stock or Inventory report (weekly).
- Sending daily stock report of drilling mud
- Doing PGI for the outbound shipments
- Ensure safe storage in warehouse and segregation based on the chemical hazardous

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- BSC Chemist / 6 months certified warehouse training with relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of field experience.
- Ability to generate warehouse daily / monthly report
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
- Adhering to company’s safety policies

Preferred Experience:

- Between 3 - 5 years of Chemical Industry experience
- Chemist background.
- Familiar with upstream chemicals.
- English proficiency is highly required
- Understand and practice Company and Customer safety policies and procedures.
- Good time management skills.
- English Language (Written & Verbal) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
