**Your tasks and responsibilities**

As an HR Consultant for Siemens Healthineers KSA you will directly report to the HR Country Head and provide advice, guidance, and assistance to employees and management on various HR matters, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- **HR Consultancy**: As an HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted resource for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR-related matters. This includes advising on employee relations, performance management, employee development, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- **Employee Relations**: You will handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. This involves conducting investigations, providing recommendations, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This includes reviewing existing policies, recommending updates or changes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support our People and Culture programs by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees. This can involve conducting training sessions, sourcing external training providers, or utilizing e-learning platforms.
- As an HR Consultant, you will act as the bridge between employees and the HR Shared Services (HR Admin and Payroll). This might include various administrative tasks, inc. maintenance of employee records, provide information for employment contracts, managing HR systems and databases, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- : You may contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing social events, implementing recognition programs, and conducting employee surveys to gather feedback and measure employee satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current HR trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation. Participate in HR-related projects, such as policy reviews, HR system implementations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other strategic HR initiatives.

**Your qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of prior demonstrated success in an HR professional or similar role in a multinational organization.

**Your attributes and skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to analyze situations, consider multiple perspectives, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence to understand and approach sensitive situations with compassion, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude
- Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling employee records, discussions, and personal information.
- Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Agile in the way of working
- Arabic and English speaking and writing is a must
