Our client a leading supplier of HORECA equipment and ingredients in Middle East is looking for Sales Professionals for managing their sales and enhancing the overall productivity and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Brand Management skills.
Relevant catalogue creations.
To engage with Marketing department on promotions, campaigns on timely basis.
Build the right product mix for the relevant brand.
To execute forward forecasting for the brand with the sales team on a regular basis.
To analyse historical sales trends to anticipate & forecast future product needs.
To assess brand performance & take actions immediately to be in line with expectations of the company.
Constant engagement with technical team to develop ideas and ensuring implementation of these approved plans with the sales team.
Ensuring product mix are in direct relation to customer requirements & expectations.
Analyse and provide business reports & presentations as required & as requested.
To manage key clients with allotted sales team members.
To ensure brand targets are met on monthly basis.
Swift action to be taken in advance if low demand or slow moving anticipated to avoid near expiries scenarios.
To be aware of the trends and market competition.
Pricing benchmarks vs competitor brands to be maintained.
Product (quality) benchmarks vs competitor to be done on regular basis.
Arranging training programs for the team.
Ensuring the team to follow on agreed sales strategy.
Training schedules to be fixed for full year.
Full year calendar plan must be aligned with all departments (marketing/procurement/stores).

**Experience and Qualifications**:
Graduates with 4-5 Years of experience in HORECA Sector is preferred.
