**An international Construction Organization with High Presence in GCC is looking for MEP Design Engineers in its Ongoing projects and Head offices as per the below details**:
**Job Requirements**:

- **Holding Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.**:

- **Have a certified licence as BIM/REVIT Designer.**:

- **Have a Solid Experience in Construction and Industrial Projects**:

- **Ready to join with Immediate effect are preferable**

**Detailed Roles & Responsibilities**:
1) Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost and time.

2) Coordinates with Sr. Designer to consider creative solutions to job requirements that would distinguish Company from other competitors.

3) Considers the advances construction technologies and creative solutions that would improve the design.

4) Utilizes programs and designs to improve speed and efficiency of design duties.

5) Establishes Company image as a leading design and built contractor in the all industrials domain.

6) Ensures the design compatibility with authorities’ rules and regulations.

OPERATIONAL

1) Performs design and analysis for Design/ Build contracts, coordinates the activities of the consultant, client and Company in order to develop the compliant design as per the client requirements and cooperates with the consultant to obtain the approval of the authorities in the shortest possible time frame and within the job estimate developed by the Tendering department.

2) Coordinates with Sr. Designer to interface with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure the quick approval of drawings compliant with the job requirements and contract. 3) Checks and approves for the compatibility of the Architectural, Civil, MEP and Steel cladding drawings and designs (both in-house and third party) and ensures the resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties.

4) Ensures the timely delivery of updated “Issued for Construction” drawings defined by the drawings log set by Engineering Manager.

5) Reviews the mechanical design / drawings received from MEP subcontractor and ensures compliance with the project requirements/specifications.

6) Keeps a backup of all the design calculations on the Company’s server.

7) Responsible for the preparation of drawing submittal log in line with the overall project schedule in coordination with the Planning function and Sr. Mechanical Designer.

8) Provides as Built Drawings for jobs on a timely basis and as per the requirements of the Construction department.

9) Performs site visits as needed to compare designs with actual site practices as well as to improve knowledge of practical building practices.

10)Assists Cost Control function as needed in variation orders and reports the same to Sr. Mechanical Designer.

11) Develops and maintains a library of standard constructible details of least cost implications.

12)Assists the Engineering Manager and Sr. Designer in the completion of the Engineering section Works of the End of Job Report.

13) Develops complex engineering drawings using Company best industry standards and codes.

14) Develops the specifications.

15) Guides the subordinates for the detailed drawings.

16)Analyses/raises technical queries during the design process.
